The Explorer - PL linkage is specifically made for Kawasaki Ninja 300 to achieve a ground clearance of 162mm, up by 25mm from 137mm with the stock links, at the exhaust pipe center portion where it is most prone to hitting unusually high speedbumps and getting innumerous scratches or even dents. It thus helps the rider, pillion and the touring luggage combo to breeze past the speedbumps or a bad patch of road without worrying much about the exhaust pipes getting damaged and also aids in better handling and braking performance of the bike due to better front end feel achieved by the slightly decreased steering rake angle as the rear lifts up. All this comes at a very acceptable increase in suspension stiffness.

(Also applicable for Kawasaki Z250 MY 2015-2019)

Giving review after 1 month of using the 170mm GC Linkage. It is very strong and good quality. Now I'm not scared of any humps and breakers. I will recommend all the Ninja 300 owners to buy these linkages for the safety of their engine, suspension and panel parts at the bottom of the bike.
